Ciara was spotted hanging out with a friend at the New York Knicks vs. Toronto Raptors basketball game Tuesday night (Mar 20) at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The R&B/Pop singer, showing off her new blonde highlights and wearing a pair of Giuseppe Hidden Wedge Sneakers (according to Necole Bitchie), was all smiles and looked to be enjoying herself as she and her friend, who was wearing a pair of red-bottom Christian Louboutin platform heels, watched the Knicks defeat the Raptors 106 to 87.
