Both Ciara and Brandy stepped out in some ankle breaking heels yesterday afternoon as they made their promo rounds in New York City. Ciara was spotted leaving Vh1 Morning Buzz in the AM while rocking a black harem pant ensemble paired with Christian Loubutin Equestria Boots. With a 6 1/4 inch heel and 2 1/2 inch hidden platform, those heels should be classified dangerous and purchased with insurance.

Brandy opted for a more casual look yesterday as she hit up Sirius XM Radio in the same boots while promoting her new album, Two Eleven.
