Ciara turned heads yesterday as she arrived at Capitale in New York City for the 2012 Billboard Women In Music Luncheon. She showed off her amazing body on the red carpet as she posed in a black leather dress and matching platform heels.
Inside, she mingled with the likes of Katy Perry, who won Billboards Woman of The Year honors, and singer Carly Rae Jepsen who was awarded the Rising Star award at the event.
