Ciara wears bomber jacket emblazoned with the word 'Rich' as she goes Christmas shopping

It may be just five days until Christmas but singer Ciara has only just started her Christmas shopping.

Luckily she appears to be in the mood for spending, well at least if her jacket is anything to go by.

The 27-year-old stepped out wearing a bomber jacket with the word 'Rich' emblazoned on it, on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

She teamed the jacket, which featured leather sleeves, with a pair of skin-tight leather trousers, which showed off her toned legs.

They were further elongated by pair of platform lace-up black heels.

The Like A Boy singer kept her face fairly hidden beneath a large pair of gold rimmed aviator style sunglasses.

In keeping with the tough-looking jacke! t, Ciara wore a black beanie hat with her shoulder-length hair peeking out beneath.

As she strolled along she carried a large black handbag and on her fingers a variety of rings could be seen.

Ahead of her shopping trip, she tweeted: 'X Mas Shopping is So Fun! My Favorite Time Of The Year!!:) ..'

Earlier in the day, she tweeted: 'X Mas Shopping is So Fun! My Favorite Time Of The Year!!'

The look was very similar to the one she wore on Tuesday, however it was less androgynous due to the sexy trousers.

On Tuesday she opted for comfort in a pair of ripped 'boyfriend' jeans and black combat boots.

Despite rocking the same look two days in the row, the laid back outfit was a major departure from her normal fashion choices, which normally show off her tall, trim figure.

Ciara rocked the stage alongside the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato at the VH1 Divas on Sunday.

She drove fans wild as she showed off her trim figure and toned stomach in leather trousers and a white cropped top.

They were equally excited with a Michael Jackson-inspired entrance as she channelled the late star, arriving on stage to a Billie Jean instrumental.

The Texan-born star wowed with her energetic performance complete with smoke machine and dramatic leap into the crowd, before ending with h! er single! Got Me Good.
