Rihanna And Ciara Continue To Take Pot Shots At Each Other
What is going on with Cici and Riri? Can we all just get along?
In case you need some catching up, Ciara is currently on the first leg of her promo tour to promote her new album, which means shes basically doing a lot of radio interviews. Now, when you go to radio, they want juicy soundbites so its not surprising that outside of Ciaras album, shes being asked about two things that are relevant in her life at the moment; her relationship with Future and her beef with Rihanna.
Yesterday, was no different as Ciara hit up Bay area radio station Wild 949. When asked about Rihanna (who has been sneak dissing her all up and through Instagram), she said:
I think shes nuts right now! Like whatevers going on because for me it doesnt make any sense. I dont have beef with anybody, but Im not going to be disrespected either. I wish her well. I dont know what her problem is. She has a lot of good things going on with herself. A lot of good things Ive always said Ive been happy for her. I dont get it. I really dont, but I wish her well. I wish her positivity.
Rihanna, who canceled a tour in Houston yesterday because she was ill, threw a shot back at Ciara after someone posted the story on Instagram. She wrote on the photo: How u gonna hate from the outside??? Thanks for the free promeaux sis!! When will they start asking her questions about HER?
Later in the night, Ciara tweeted:
Do these two really know what they are beefing about? Yes, they had a small riff in 2010, but why bother in 2013? A music industry sources theory was that Future wrote a really! hot reco! rd for Rihanna (LOVE coincidentally Ciara referenced the lyrics in her tweets), and now hes not only working with Ciara but dating her tooand girls are so territorial. It sounds really silly but anything is possible. The real drama will come if Rihanna decides to make a music video to that track because its going to put Future in the difficult position of choosing between the money and exposure, or his relationship with his girlfriend. Yikes..
